외국에서 만들고 사용중이던 계정 로그인할랬더니 국내 계좌라서 국내사이트에서 인증을 하라고 한다. 이럴꺼면 글로벌 사이트를 왜 만들었는데? 일 제대로 안할래?

Looks like they haven’t fixed nor fully updated this app since it was created. Can’t create ID and profile. Please fix

the application doesn’t let me create an account, it is very frustrating because every time I put my data CORRECTLY it tells me "an error occurred, try again" solve that problem

no good for foreigners

If I could, I'd like to give 0 star to this app. 1: Search is bad. 2: Rendering is too slow. 3: I also followed all the requirements to reset password but it never succeeded. The error msg doesn't make sense.

App doesn’t open

- I couldn't register no matter how many times I tried - all of my cart items are alwasu gone - more picture and translation - I really want to buy from here pls fix the bugs as soon as possible - thank you creator ❤️

G market is poor customer service!

Always some horrible little glitch that makes using this app tedious if not off putting. Used to be a search bar keyboard error, now it’s me needing to sign in almost every time. Sweet Jesus it’s frustrating

Very frustrating, the clothes were very cute but I couldn’t even sign in to be able to buy them, as the app wouldnt let me. Pressing on an item to take a closer look take almost 7 seconds to load up. This app would ve great if it was worked on, because unfortunately its a mess.

They canceled a part of my orders a day after i ordered without any explanation and refunded the price of the item, not the international shipping cost $28. I ended up canceling everything since the shipping cost did not get adjusted accordingly. For last 5 days, no updates on status of canceling or refunding. Better stick with amazon i guess.

As a Korean, I use this app a lot. The costumer service is alright and sometimes there is scammers. But be careful with that. You will know when they are scamming. Shipping is quick (depending on the thing you buy and the seller) same goes with delivery.

The Gmarket app and website are slow and incredibly difficult to use. Navigating the app is a cumbersome and painstaking process. Clicks take several seconds to actually load and navigating back resets your search results. Surprisingly there isn’t an Active-X or some other stupid bloatware plugin requirement, as is ubiquitous in Korean internet spaces. Look elsewhere for Korean e-commerce.

It is the worst app I’ve used! I can’t even register. I entered my new password to register but it keeps on saying to enter password. Do not use this app!

I cancelled one order before shipping and then my account was blocked and I cannot buy anything. So I registered another account and placed an order. GMarket cancelled it with no reason and my new account got blocked again. ??????? That’s how they treat new customers. Or they actually don’t allow you to cancel order.

Sure you can add stuff to your cart, but I can’t checkout or review products without the app crashing. Just download the Korean version and learn Korean. It’s way better, and the prices aren’t inflated on ‘foreigner’ products.

I see on trustpilot about a lot of USA orders being cancelled and banks being scammed so that Gmarket could keep the money. Not refunding or providing customer service. Gmarket is not global if they are unwilling to communicate effectively and satisfy orders.

I've been trying to register for an hour now! And it always says that some error occured?

I am an American living in Korea. I ordered water for delivery to my house. Three weeks later they stopped responding to me. Last comment was seller sent them photo of the water in front of my door. After this they will no longer respond to me. Water could be in front of anyone’s door.

Been trying to purchase items for a friend living in Korea, but can’t. It’s not adding items to the cart

I just installed the English version of this App. I live in Korea, shipping is set to Korea but there is no way to select KRW as the currency? The Dropdown-Menu does not contain a choice for Korean Won. This is absurd. Please change this to allow us foreign residents in Korea to properly use this app. I don’t want to pay in US Dollars or any other foreign currency.

Will not open app.

This seems to only happen when using foreign cards. After inputting information and clicking submit my order, it just goes back to the top of the page. No matter what i try im stuck in this constant loop.

I made an order for my baby a month ago and didn’t hear anything why the shipping has been delayed. Asked customer center and they said One Item is out of stock. And the rest was held in a warehouse for a month. They lied. When I check the status, it had tracking number and was delivered to a certain location. I request cancellation for all items because I do not want to give my baby something kept in a warehouse a month. Gmarket said I have to pay round shipping fee if I want to cancel all. This is absurd. This is gmarket’s fault and they don’t want to loose any penny.

Hello, the app says global but I cannot find Kuwait. Please try to add Kuwait to the countries that you ship to. I could not enjoy or even try the app since I cannot ship to Kuwait. I would really appreciate it if you try and ship to Kuwait.

Absolutely one of the worse apps ever! Not user-friendly at all. I can’t even get past the address input section to submit my order because I keep on getting an error message saying that the page is no longer available. None of the item categories are clearly marked. It just feel like an app a twelve-years old wrote for a school project.

When ever i click on search, it goes back to main page.. i have deleted the app and reinstalled and still has the problem.. i guess this happened after the updates

Search bar not working since the last maintenance update please work on this. I love this app because it makes my shopping very easy. Thank you.

I love this app!

The layout is nice, but a little outdated. The clothes are nice, but pricey. (I personally came because of G-Dragon's commercial. If you haven't seen that, you should look it up.) It's a little laggy and slow. It hasn't crashed for me yet. It does ship globally, but it's hella expensive.

I have literally never written an app review before, but I just had to say how terrible gmarket is. I only downloaded it to get a 20% off coupon that was offered to "2016 new app users". Then customer service told me its for new customers only. Not new app customers, as the coupon clearly reads. AliExpress is loads better!!!

Won't let me sign in, can't really do anything anymore :( Already deleted and reinstalled

What bugs did you fix...? Nothing changed. Crashes and freezes a hundred times everyday!

Whenever I click on my orders, it starts to lag then completely freezes. Getting out of the app is a hassle. Rather go on my laptop.

Currently, all I get is a white screen with the Gmarket logo in the center.

This app crashes a lot and it's really annoying.

I'm such a big fan of Korea's fashion at heart but couldn't find a decent website to shop at...But Gmarket have an Eng/ version, I think I can understand now!! Thank you so much!!! ((:
